Day 26 of my midlife sabbatical and I enlist my therapists help in my return home strategies.
Day 25 of my midlife sabbatical has my morning routine dialed in so I share it along with some skin care product ingredient info. I have brunch with my besties which confirms, life is full of bumps but we are stronger than we think and pretty resilient. I hope you aren’t along during the hard stuff, find people to sit with you through it 💛
Day 24 of my midlife sabbatical has me sharing my 2 favorite forms of therapy. Figuring out how to lift our mood is so important and very often when asked the simple question “what do you like to do for fun?” We realize so much of what we do is a “have to” or a “need to” and so often we don’t even know what we LOVE to do anymore. I urge you to answer this question for yourself and share it. Your fun might spark someone’s else’s imagination. 💛
Day 23 of my midlife sabbatical I take you to my chiropractor who’s changed my future physical outlook. Then date night at a chocolate shop. 😋 link in stories.
Day 22 of my midlife sabbatical and a hair change was in order. If there’s something physical bringing you down, I endorse changing it. Something as simple as a hair cut can lift you no end but if it’s your twisted nose or post baby baps, I say, “fix it”. Being happy with ourselves sometimes does involve us wanting to look our best or restoring what we once had so if you need permission for a change, this is it. 💛
Day 21 of my midlife sabbatical takes us to the @prismlifestyle.co “sip n sound” cocktail party. It’s a beautiful concept to adorn yourself with little luxuries as a reminder of your divine worth.
