Therapy is my Therapy!

It took me a long time to get to this place. I urge you to keep trying until you find someone who works with your needed style. Can you believe her office has my favorite color in it?

Group Fitness and Dancing is my Physical Therapy. I share my understanding of this exercise medium and how it’s so much more than a sweaty room. We’ve given away our joy of movement by adding so many rules and expectations to it. Goal weights, goals for times or miles covered. Pressure to get a particular outcome when in all reality, moving, sweating, smiling brings us so much more than a LB/KG  lost on the scale.

Zumba lifted my spirits so much andI forgot to share what I learned in therapy so I added it in to the end.
