Therapy is my Therapy!
Group Fitness and Dancing is my Physical Therapy. I share my understanding of this exercise medium and how it’s so much more than a sweaty room. We’ve given away our joy of movement by adding so many rules and expectations to it. Goal weights, goals for times or miles covered. Pressure to get a particular outcome when in all reality, moving, sweating, smiling brings us so much more than a LB/KG lost on the scale.
Zumba lifted my spirits so much andI forgot to share what I learned in therapy so I added it in to the end.
